Abstract

There is a problem of "silence syndrome"in college classrooms,mainly manifested in the phenomenon of students being afraid,unable,and unwilling to speak.This study takes the operation management course as an example to illustrate the problem of classroom silence,analyzes the reasons for classroom silence,and explores solutions from the perspectives of teaching methods,classroom interaction,classroom atmosphere,evaluation mechanism,ect.Our research is beneficial for improving students' classroom participation,enhancing their classroom learning enthusiasm,and achieving the goal of mutual benefit between teaching learning.
